Eggettes or egg waffles are popular street snacks in Hong Kong. They have been a favourite snack since the 1950s. It is also known as Gai Daan Jai, which translates to "little chicken egg", hence our little chicken egg logo. We have created different flavours to enhance the enjoyment of this snack.
